Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@postureflow.com.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. PostureFlow™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@postureflow.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, including sending a replacement if necessary.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. PostureFlow™ is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
