Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging or reasonable condition. Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@postureflow.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a tracked service.
- Once received, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days of us receiving the return. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement immediately at no extra cost. Please contact us with a photo of the issue and your order number.
Defective Items
If your PostureFlow™ product arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it immediately or issue a full refund — your choice. We also cover all return shipping costs for defective items.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-returnable. Items purchased during clearance sales may have modified return policies as noted at the time of purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@postureflow.com.
